Exam Center: Philadelphia Exam Date: 5.December.2007 Result: Passed Weeks for Result: 2 My Experience: It was good lot of american medical graduates were there. We were only 3 fmgs there I thought I was going to flunk but my kaplan course helped me. My Advice & My Errors: Made a huge mistake in my one case by not taking history in paediatric patient well I got nervous but then when I was writing the note I took 5 minutes to do my breathing exercise to calm down for my next case. It helps to stay calm and relax and focus on the patients one at a time. American graduates were coming out of the room in like 5 to 10 minutes and were super fast in everything but I did things at my own pace and so did my husband and we both passed it was easier than they took our moc test in kaplan. In kaplan i got 87 percent overall and i passed in all the sections independently. I suggest to keep cool and give the test it is all about communication and making other people feel comfortable around you. Try to come to US a few days before you take the test. there was one guy with us who just came day before the test and he messed it up cause there was no time for him to relax.
