    Exam Date:3.August.2006
    Result:Passed
    Weeks for Result:passed
My Experience:i studied for a week, had not practised cases with a person, just read USMLEworld and first aid once... though, during exam i felt I should have practiced... exams were exactly as it is given in books, same Qs and u will be getting same answer in most places... i could not finish 4-5 cases... telephone case was much easier... I was warned once for not coming out on time... procters and staff are very friendly
5+4+3 is what they followed in philadelphia.. started at 9 am and out at 3 pm
My Advice & My Errors:1. Be cool, and prepare differential diagnosis and investigation for all type of cases(you wont get time to think) 2. when u read the patient note, think of 5 D/Ds and then enter... spend most time in history and then counselling than examination ( Be fast in examination) 3. Be fast in CNS case, i did not complete the case 4. telephone case/kid, u will have lot of time.... you can think of all Qs and DDs before entering, my telephone case was over in 9 mins...
