Exam Center: Chicago Exam Date: 22.April.2008 Result: Passed Weeks for Result:   My Experience: i was really nervous about the result.both me and my husband had appeared for the exam.iwas more worried about him as he sometimes hahas prob in engilish.both me and my husband passed.i didnt really like the pts.three or four were really nasty.but rest were ok.food was ok(i was expecting it to be very very bad)cases were from firstaid.there was one new case which i hadnt read anywhere.i didnt know how to examine it.there were only two black pts. and both were easy to understand.only one pt.who was a white had slightly difficult accent. My Advice & My Errors: my errors 1 i was nervous 2i found it difficult to pronounce the names and once addressed a pt's mother with the name of his child.I also addressed a pt. with dizziness as mrs. dizziness. 3 didnt examine the hip in a pt. in ehich it was required. my strengths 1 had a good start and good closure 2 had memorized all the d/d and invg from first aid so didnt waste time thinking about them.3i practised a lot.i finished most encounters in 13 mins .4didnt care much about the examn and concentrated more on history. WELL MY BIGGEST STRENGTH WAS MY HUSBAND WHO WAS THERE WITH ME.I would recommend first aid and digitaldocs website and usmle world My Stay / Cost / Travel to Center: stayed at reatives Name : dr. rashita
