Everything rest went smooth, i passed the ICE and SEP, but failed in CIS section, probably SPz wanted me to be more mannered in an american way. But how can an IMGs Do this, who is after all International Medical gradute, not american. Anyway, next time i am trying at atlanta centre. hope i will passed. this failing ruined all my exam cost, travelling and staying cost, My residency applications costs, my travelling for interviews and lots of other emotions

California guys demand more manners, Practice is the universal advice as u all know, and i did a lot, i was scoring 80 % in the USMLE world practice cases.
