My Experience: all through dont konw what to make out of it yet a lil stunned,! okay here is what it was, proctors are nice, sps are friendly except one or two who are told to act that way.difficulty level of these cases is just like in first aid book. My Advice & My Errors: my advice this exam is not that much about your med knowledge as compared to ones ability to keep cool.sps are trained to throw their question at the most inappropriate time and break your chain of thought. be prepared for that. my errors i forgot to check cva tenderness in a abdo case, i forgot to ask for history of fever in a case of ache abdo.... so on so forht.it becomes very easy to forget these questions and parts of examination once you are in there. so before stepping inside just write on your scrap what is the major system you want to examine.remember to counsel each case, discuss the diagnosis in the end and tell them a lil about the tests you are going to order. i felt short of time in 2 cases, where i could not do a proper closure. My Stay / Cost / Travel to Center: Stayed at hacienda, 90$ a night, the one i came before the exam, walkable distance to the center, rest were flight charges and eating dinner. Name : shweta
