I also was not able to diagnose the patient in some cases. I typed the patient note but i dont remember what i wrote in it. Feeling terrible and dont know what to do. | | My Advice & My Errors: | Management on the blue sheet. I think i was getting disorganized and geeting offtrack but just get the history adn pertinent information. Try to write in an organized way so that you can remember what to write outside the room.
