The SP were very professional and friendly. I was very nervous at the beginning I got better as time went. I tried to be professional and compassion to the SP at all time, I also express facial concern when listening to their complaints. I always wash my hands, clean my scope with alcohol, and drape them before i start, i always ask for permission to write when during the history taking, and always thank the SP for the opportunity to meet them, and shake their hands. | | My Advice & My Errors: | Be compassion, and show them that you care.
