Residents seemed happy,the pd does evrything to get the residents fellowships.
started with introduction by chair of medicine,then three interviews including Dr.Policastro,PD,amazingly downto earth personality not an iota of ego,very honest,and he said if u come here i will try all my connections to get u the fellowship u want,provided you are a good resident.
H1b sponsored no problems with that.
next came two associate pd's nice people.
then hospital rounds,they have new system called visicue wherein people from thomas jefferson and u penn can monitor your wards and patients.
people get into good fellowships no fellowshiops in the programme,but this year 8/10 went into fellowships.
thena good lunch and a final goodbye.

lots of private patients can be very demanding and pain in the ass.
no fellowships in the programme.
