Volunteer Brick Locator
Inscription on Volunteer Pathway Marker:
"Great opportunities to help seldom come, but small ones abound us every day" - Sally Koch
Along this path we honor our Kaiser Permanente Volunteers, who have dedicated immeasurable hours of service to our members and our Santa Clara Medical Center.
Volunteers who have served for 500 or more hours at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center are honored with a named brick which is placed along the walkway between the Hospital and the Medical office Building. More than 400 bricks have been dedicated and many more are expected to be placed in the years to come.
You may find your brick by using the brick locator on the right side of this page.
Click on the SEARCH tab, type your Last Name and click on SUBMIT. If there is more than one person with your last name, all persons with that last name will appear in the selection.
Note the SECTION (plots 1-12) of your brick. Refer to the map and locate where your brick plot is located along the walkway between the Hospital and the MOB. The grid pattern shows the location of your brick in the section.
If you should find any errors in the database, please notify the volunteer web page coordinator
