Qualifications:
You’ll need to complete specific qualifications to be eligible for registration. These include:
Level 3 Diploma in Pharmacy Service Skills (NVQ) (QCF): This covers practical skills related to pharmacy services.
Level 3 Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (QCF): This focuses on the theoretical aspects of pharmaceutical science1.
Registration Process:
If you trained in the UK, you can register online using the myGPhC system. Make sure to provide the necessary information and follow the registration process.
If you trained or were registered as a pharmacy technician outside the UK, you’ll need to complete additional qualifications in the UK before applying for registration2.
Once registered, you can practice as a qualified pharmacy technician in the UK.
