My Opinion is...:Being black you always have to be two-three steps ahead of your white peer. This city is the most institutionalized racist city I have ever encountered. If you survive here in Pittsburgh you can survive anywhere. White America believe they are entitled to everything. The Federal Government System here in Pittsburgh, certain organizations you can count on two hands the minoriity employess they employee. Very divided city.
